Upcoming National Conference For Bankruptcy Attorneys

By Christopher Lee October 29, 2012 | Posted in

Bankruptcy laws carry a specific set of guidelines for consumers. They are designed this way to prevent abuse of the system and allow for the protection of consumer debtors. However, the specific nature of the bankruptcy process also poses some challenges for those who make the home their field. In efforts to stay current with the trends and changes, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) holds events and conferences throughout the year.

Maintaining Excellence

The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys is the only national organization that is dedicated to serving the needs of consumer bankruptcy attorneys. This organization was created with the consumer debtor in mind and offers educational programs for consumer bankruptcy attorneys around the country. The information and knowledge conveyed at these events offers attorneys ways to improve their customer service, improve their practice management skills and keeps them up-to-date with the newest laws. NACBA has more than 4,000 members located in all 50 states, allowing them to hold conferences and events in various locations throughout the year.

As a Dallas bankruptcy attorney, we are committed to excellence in customer service. Events offered by NACBA is just one of the ways we strive to improve our services for those suffering with debt problems.

The Fall 2012 conference will be held on Amelia Island, Florida from November 1st through 3rd. For more information about NACBA and its mission, visit: http://nacba.org/
