Latest Bankruptcy News
Bankruptcy is a tool that can help in the face of foreclosure. Filing for bankruptcy can halt a foreclosure proceeding and allow you the time you need to develop a plan for getting caught up on missed payments. Unfortunately, there are many homeowners who have experienced unlawful foreclosures and were put out of their homes unnecessarily.
There has been much attention recently about the mortgage settlement deals arranged with lenders. Many banks have been ordered to participate in a settlement for their part in unlawful foreclosures that have affected millions of homeowners. As part of the deal, many people who were involved in a foreclosure between 2009 and 2010 may be entitled to a payout as part of the settlement
Think you may qualify for a payout? The Lee Law Firm can help! We are offering to review your case to determine your eligibility and help walk you through the process of securing funds. We are offering to review cases to current clients for only $300 and new clients for $1000. Contact us today for more information, the deadline is July 31!

CEO Quote
The purpose of bankruptcy is to give you a "new beginning" in your financial life.
Bankruptcy provides the overburdened debtor with protection from creditor harassment and relief from financial pressures.
It is not avoiding responsibility, but a legitimate undertaking for putting one's life back in order - to regain dignity, not lose it.

Money Management Tips
Are you saving enough? Even if you answered “yes” to this question, chances are your savings could use a boost. Could you survive and pay bills for at least three months without an income? If you are like most people, you probably answered “No”. A good rule of thumb is to have at least four to six months worth of expenses set aside in a savings account.
Why? Because you never know when financial hardship will strike. Job loss, loss of a primary income provider and even unexpected medical bills can all hit when you least expect it. Having enough saved to cover expenses such as a mortgage, car, gas and food can prevent you from using credit cards or ending up in debt.
Always plan for a rainy day and never get comfortable in your finances. A smart money manager is always looking to improve their financial situation and put money aside for unforeseen circumstances or even that summer vacation.
Fun Facts
March is a month with many fun holidays and events. Besides St. Patrick’s Day, March is also the month for the first day of spring.
The first day of spring is March 20th, also known as the Spring Equinox. The word “equinox” refers to when the sun is directly center with the earth’s equator, meaning the earth is not tilted towards or away from the sun. This is what brings us equal 12 hour proportions of the daylight and the darkness, although this only lasts for a few weeks as we gain time towards the summer season.
